Jonathan Lee Specialty: Corporate Real Estate President and Broker-in-Charge After earning his MBA in 1996, Mr. Lee began his real estate career working for a real estate developer in Atlanta, Georgia. There he contributed to sales of $30 Million of luxury condominiums. In 1998, he joined CB Richard Ellis as an Account Manager to manage lease transactions for more than 100 locations nationwide for a healthcare client. Mr. Lee completed a total dollar volume of more than $40 Million in lease transactions between 1999 and 2001, and earned his CCIM certification during this time. In 2002, Mr. Lee founded Park South Properties to focus on real estate advisory services and private investments. It is through these opportunities, he acquired several residential and multifamily properties to rehab and resell for profit. He also negotiated office, retail, and industrial leases and purchases, saving clients up to 40% on their real estate occupancy costs. In 2004, Mr. Lee started Choice Realty, Inc. to provide real estate brokerage and advisory services to investors and corporate users in the tri-county area of Charleston, SC. Mr. Lee helps corporate users and tenants locate and negotiate for corporate space and advises individual investors on purchasing and selling commercial property and multifamily property throughout the Carolinas.
