Chris Lathbury Specialty: Residential Services Residential & Investments Real Estate Advisor Mr. Lathbury graduated from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 1988 earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management. At the same time that he was studying, he was enlisted in the United States Air Force and served as an Electrician Specialist. After serving his country and graduating from college, Mr. Lathbury found a career in the paper industry. For fifteen years he worked in this industry, traveling internationally, to participate in sales, service, and management. His international travels provided him a solid understanding of socio-economics on a global scale, something that is quite beneficial in helping his current clients navigate in today’s economy. In addition, he has also been investing in real estate and rehabbing properties since 1994. As a South Carolina Licensed Home Inspector and Real Estate Agent, he is the Owner/President of On The Spot Home Inspections, LLC. With his background, Mr. Lathbury is skilled in helping buyers find quality investment property as well as assisting first-time home buyers. He is actively involved in industry related organizations. Jonathan Lee Specialty: Corporate Real Estate Commercial Real Estate Services Advisor After earning a Master’s in Business Administration in 1996, Mr. Lee joined CB Richard Ellis as an Account Manager managing lease acquisitions, dispositions, buyouts, and renegotiations for a nationwide healthcare client. Mr. Lee completed more than $40 million in lease transactions between 1998 and 2001, and earned his CCIM certification in 2000. Mr. Lee has provided data center purchase/lease negotiations, tenant representation services, site selection services and consulting work for several large corporations, including AllState Insurance, Bank of America, Global Crossing, HLB Gross Collins, OnCare Management, and Uniglobe Courier Services. In 2004, he moved to Charleston, where he started Choice Realty to provide buyer and tenant representation for companies and real estate investors. Mr. Lee specializes in helping corporate tenants/buyers locate and negotiate the purchase or lease of industrial, office and retail space via Tenant Representation Services, saving his clients between 15-25% off occupancy costs.
