Chris Lathbury Specialty:  Residential Services Background:  Residential & Investments Real Estate Advisor Mr. Lathbury graduated from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 1988 earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management. At the same time that he was studying, he was enlisted in the United States Air Force and served as an Electrician Specialist. After serving his country and graduating from college, Mr. Lathbury found a career in the paper industry. For fifteen years he worked in this industry, traveling internationally, to participate in sales, service, and management. His international travels provided him a solid understanding of socio-economics on a global scale, something that is quite beneficial in helping his current clients navigate in today’s economy. In addition, he has also been investing in real estate and rehabbing properties since 1994. As a South Carolina Licensed Home Inspector and Real Estate Agent, he is the Owner/President of On The Spot Home Inspections, LLC. With his background, Mr. Lathbury is skilled in helping buyers find quality investment property as well as assisting first-time home buyers. He is actively involved in industry related organizations. He is a founding member of the Charleston Real Estate Investors Association (CREIA) and is a member of the Greater Summerville Business Network International Chapter.
